Meditation & Psychic Development
Meditation has long been used to clear inner troubles of stress and sorrow. Also a method employed by those wanting to increase awareness by developing the third eye. It is said that a quiet mind is able to tune in and hear spirit speak. Meditation is a state of mind where an individual relaxes thought patterns so that they can focus on central issues and or clear and empty thoughts in order to reduce stress and increase psychic awareness. It is through meditation that one is able to center themselves so that they can unwind and recharge, assisting them to live a more joyful life. With out all of the hustle bustle of everyday life interfering, everyone can benefit from the experience!
The Kabbalah or Tree of Life as many know it, is also a tool used to enhance and evolve intuition, perspection and receptivity enabling us to become an authentic being. These tools together will enhance your abilities to both relax and psychically connect effectively and efficiently.
